Common questions.

What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

The relevant feature pauses for the rest of the month — your data stays safe. You can either upgrade to a higher plan, or request a one-time top-up from inside the portal (e.g. +50 transactions for RM5). Counters reset to zero on the 1st of every month regardless.

Can I downgrade or cancel?

Yes, anytime. Drop down to the Free plan from the Usage & Plans page. Your historical data stays. Nothing gets deleted.

How does the RM5 / RM10 credit work?

Refer a friend to Valuacc → RM10 credit when they sign up to a paid plan. Sign up to a recommended cloud accounting tool (AutoCount, Bukku) via our link → RM5 credit per partner. Credit can be used to pay your Valuacc subscription, or withdrawn to your bank once you hit RM50. See Recommended Tools for details.

Do you sell or share my data?

Never. Your transactions, invoices, and tasks are stored privately under your account. Only you (and our admin if you ask for help) can see them. Hosting is on Supabase / Postgres with row-level security.

Is this a replacement for an accountant?

No — and we wouldn't want it to be. Valuacc Portal helps you keep clean books day-to-day. For tax filing, statutory audit, and complex advisory, you still need Hiew & Co or another licensed firm. Our portal makes that work cheaper and faster because your records are already organised.

Do you have a desktop or mobile app?

The portal is fully responsive — works on phone, tablet, and desktop browsers. No app to install. You can pin it to your phone's home screen if you want app-like access.
